Orton Trophy 2009, an International Event for Single Skaters - Myyrmäki, 19th of September, 8am – 7pm
EVT’s traditional annual invitation competition has grown to become an international interclub event with over 100 participants that are expected to join from different European countries this year. For many skaters, the competition serves as an opening for a new season and thus many new exiting programs are expected to be seen. It will be groups K1 and K2 who take part in Orton Trophy from EVT this year.
Classes:
Springs B (2000 and later born)
Springs A (1998 and later born)
Debutants (1997 and later born)
ISU-Novice A (1995 and later)
Novice B (1995 and later born)
Novice A Boys (1994 and later born)
Class system follows the rules instructed by Finnish Skating Association. For Springs A and Springs B a so called star evaluation will be applied whereas for the other classes ISU evaluation will be used.
Technical specialist for the competition will be internationally renowned Pirjo ”Piitu” Uimonen.
Small gifts such as flowers and toys can be bought from the arena. Cafeteria will be open between 8am – 8pm. No entrance fee.
